Every mug is made especially for you, featuring the photographs, poems, and personal messages you choose. We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable, straightforward, and worry-free. 1. Personalized Products

Grammymorgan offers personalized mugs in five sizes: 11 oz, 15 oz, 20 oz, 25 oz, and 40 oz.

Customers can personalize eligible products with photographs, names, poems, and messages.

Because each product is individually prepared using your selections, please review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.

You are responsible for checking:

  • Spelling of names and personal messages

  • Accuracy of poems and other written content

  • Photograph selection, quality, and placement

  • Mug size and product selection

  • Shipping address and contact information

Colors may appear slightly different on the finished product because of differences in computer and phone screens, printing processes, and product materials.

 

2. Order Processing and Production

Our mugs are produced through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful.

Each mug is prepared after an order is placed. Production and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and shipping conditions.

Estimated delivery information may be provided during checkout or in your order confirmation.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Normal shipping time is between 5-7 days.
